Re/Max Canada is bolstering its commercial division with the hiring of Toronto-based Damon Conrad, who will lead the charge for growth and modernization on a national scale.

Conrad was announced today as vice president of commercial for Re/Max Canada.

He most recently served as vice president and general manager of Royal LePage Commercial. He has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including roles with Cushman & Wakefield and Second Cup Coffee Co.

“(Conrad’s) proven track record in building national platforms, expanding agent networks and delivering strategic leadership across top-tier brands makes him an exceptional addition to our team,” said Re/Max Canada president Don Kottick.

Kottick added that Conrad’s vision and experience will be key to “elevating” the company’s commercial offering.

Re/Max Canada says it has a renewed focus on national growth, and that Conrad’s appointment is strategic as he has a firm grasp on the complexities of retail, industrial and investment markets.

Re/Max Canada is preparing to ramp up its commercial platform by reviving its technology and branding, which includes a refreshed commercial logo.

“What drew me to Re/Max Canada was the undeniable momentum and vision driving the brand forward,” said Conrad in a statement.  “From embracing AI to refreshing its identity, there’s a real sense of innovation and energy here. Don Kottick’s leadership has been a huge inspiration – his passion and persistence made it clear this was the right move. I’m excited to build on that momentum and help elevate Re/Max Canada’s commercial offering to new heights.”
