    Flexibility and accessibility are key when it comes to scheduling showings. Potential buyers may pass it over for something else if your home isn’t easy to see.

    Tip: Try to accommodate showings at various times of day and be open to weekend appointments. The more accessible your home is, the more chances you’ll have to attract serious buyers.

    Finally, sometimes the best thing you can do is be patient. Markets fluctuate, and in some cases, it simply takes time for the right buyer to come along.
